Terms of payment
Upon confirmation, a 30% refundable deposit is required. This deposit is refundable 15 days before arrival. The money is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled after the 15-day period. The balance of the fee will be collected at the time of check-in at our hotel.
Added expenses
Rental fees include the cost of energy, water, cleaning, gardening materials, internet, and municipal taxes are included in rental rates. The only extra payment is the residence tax, which is paid by the consumer.

Losses or damages
Any damage or losses incurred during the rental time may be billed to your credit card. The owner or owner representative may require you and your party, including visitors, to leave the hotel immediately without compensation or refund if there is excessive or unacceptable loss, damage, or excessive noise at any moment during the rental period.
Access
During the rental period, Aegeon Garden and its facilities are available for your complete enjoyment. However, the hotel’s owner, owner’s representative, or other employees may require access from time to time (e.g. for maintenance purposes to the house, garden, utilities and services, or for the purposes of providing additional services requested by you, etc.). For these objectives, you must allow us reasonable access to the hotel.
Number of visitors
Unless otherwise specified in writing, the number of people (adults and children) staying at the hotel must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places given in the booking confirmation e-mail. If you go over this limit, your hotel’s insurance policy may be voided. When the number of guests exceeds the stated threshold, entry or access to the hotel may be denied or limited. Pets are not permitted unless prior written permission has been obtained.
Aegeon Garden’s Use
All reservations are assumed to be for typical vacation purposes only, and you agree that your use of the Aegeon Garden will be limited to that purpose unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Due care and conduct
Aegeon Garden is situated in a calm residential area. We respectfully request that you follow this and guarantee that all hotel guests and visitors behave correctly. Gambling, prostitution, prohibited substances, possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous items, and possession or use of firearms and other weapons are all illegal or immoral acts that are absolutely prohibited. During the rental period, you are liable for the behavior of the hotel’s guests and/or visitors. Should any guest(s) or visitor(s) not act appropriately, the owner or owner’s agent may, in their sole discretion, compel you and your party and/or visitor(s) to immediately leave the premises and/or vacate the accomodation, without compensation or reimbursement.
In the interests of safety, due care should be taken at all times in the hotel, particularly with youngsters. When using the accommodations’ facilities, appropriate supervision should be provided.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted within the hotel. It is only permitted in the open air.
Security and valuables
You are responsible for any valuables or property you leave or use at the Aegeon Garden. The owner or a representative of the owner accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to your belongings. During the rental time, you are responsible for the hotel and must ensure that all windows and doors are securely shut when you are not on the premises. You are responsible for any act or omission by you, your party, and/or visitors that may negate or prejudice the hotel’s insurance coverage and/or result in loss or damage.
There is a safe available.
Fluctuation in price
Even if we change the pricing on our website after your booking is confirmed, the price of your reservation is 100% guaranteed once it is confirmed. In exchange for this guarantee, no exchange rate variations that would otherwise lower the rental cost would be refunded.
We retain the right to levy any taxes or other charges that may be imposed by the government or any regulatory authority after the date of publication and which were unknown at the time of publication. If we become aware of any taxes or charges that will apply to your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Cancellations
15 or more days prior arrival: Full refund.
14 or less days prior arrival – Non show – Earlier check-out: No refund.
Complaints
Every effort will be taken to ensure that you have a pleasant visit. If you have a problem during your rental time, please notify the owner or the owner’s representative as soon as possible. We will make every effort to correct the situation. If the owner’s representative does not resolve your issue satisfactorily, please contact the owner as soon as possible. You must notify any concern while on location in order for your complaint to be resolved. If no complaints are made throughout the rental period, we will conclude that the Aegeon Garden met your expectations, and no further complaints will be considered.
Aegeon Garden’s responsibility
The descriptions, assessments, and/or ratings of the Aegeon Garden that we publish or provide to you are supplied in good faith and with the belief that they are accurate based on the most recent information. Where we refer to third-party ratings of the Aegeon Garden, these ratings are provided solely for informational purposes, and we will not be held liable for any reliance placed on them.
Disclaimer
Neither the owner nor the owner’s representative accepts any responsibility or liability for:
Any physical injury, illness, death, loss, damage, inconvenience or additional costs made by you, your party or guests no matter the cause, any vehicle or the contents of any vehicle used, hired or engaged by you or your party during the rental period, inability of you or any member of your party to enter the location of the accomodation or stay at theaccomodationl for all or part of the rental period as a result of failure to obtain appropriate travel or visa documentation, cancellation or amendments to travel arrangements or the missing of flights or travel connections, and/or any delay or cancellation of the booking as a result of war, threat of war, riot or civil unrest, strike, demonstration, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), natural disaster, fire, sickness, weather conditions, government or public authority action at an airport or port, technical problems relating to transportation and airport regulations caused by technical, mechanical, or electrical breakdowns, or any other technical, structural, electrical, plumbing, or other problems or difficulties with the Aegeon Garden that render it unsafe or unusable or other events which amount to “force majeure” or are beyond the owner’s control.
In no event will the owner or the owner’s representative be obligated to make any payment, refund, or compensation in excess of the total rental price paid, individually or collectively.
Jurisdiction
The laws of Greece will govern this agreement. If a dispute arises as a result of the booking and hotel rental that cannot be addressed amicably between the parties, both parties agree to refer the matter to the appropriate Arbitrator for resolution in the Greek language.
By submitting your booking request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted and agreed to these terms and conditions without reservation or exception.
If any of the terms and conditions of this Rental Contract are or become invalid, or if any terms and conditions are omitted, the other terms and conditions will remain valid and enforceable and will not be challenged.
